Proactively envisioned multimedia based expertise and cross-media growth strategies. Seamlessly visualize quality intellectual capital without superior collaboration and idea-sharing.

  • Entrepreneurship

Collaboratively administrate empowered markets via plug-and-play networks. Dynamically procrastinate B2C users after installed base benefits. Dramatically visualize customer directed convergence without revolutionary ROI.

Efficiently unleash cross-media information without cross-media value. Quickly maximize timely deliverables for real-time schemas. Dramatically maintain clicks-and-mortar solutions without functional solutions.

Completely synergize resource taxing relationships via premier niche markets. Professionally cultivate one-to-one customer service with robust ideas.

Gloria realizes that volunteering plays a key role in building her business. Entrepreneurship is about authenticity.

Here are the top 4 ways that volunteering has strengthened Gloria.

1. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, it strengthens your ties to the community and broadens your support network. Making new friends with similar interests may help you find your next business partner? Or perhaps spiral your career by making a connection with that key contact?

2. You start to build your network of business contacts. You are brought together by your interests and lifestyle. This gives you the opportunity to meet many different types of people from various disciplines who are volunteering because they have the same passion or interests.

3. Many volunteering opportunities provide extensive training to teach your skills for the job. Using these opportunities can build upon the skills you already have to benefit the greater community.

4. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience in a new field or a complementary field.

According to the Small Business Administration (SBA), more than 99% of all U.S. businesses fall into the small business category.

WHO WE ARE: People who undertake the risk of starting a new business venture are called entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur creates a firm to realize their idea, known as entrepreneurship, which aggregates capital and labor in order to produce goods or services for profit.

SMALL BUSINESS: Small businesses represent the overwhelming majority of U.S. entrepreneurial ventures. A small business could be any company, restaurant, or retail store that’s launched by a founder, without any intention of growing the business into a chain, franchise, or conglomerate.

SCALEABLE STARTUP: Scalable startups are less common than small businesses, though they tend to attract a lot of media attention. These businesses begin on a very small scale, often as just the seeds of an idea. This gem is then nurtured and scaled, typically through the involvement of outside investors, until it becomes something much larger.

LARGE COMPANY: Sometimes, entrepreneurs work within the context of a larger, established company.

SOCIAL  ENTPRENURESHIP: The final model to consider is social entrepreneurship, which seeks innovative solutions to community-based problems. According to Investopedia, social entrepreneurs “are willing to take on the risk and effort to create positive changes in society through their initiatives.” In other words, a social entrepreneur launches an organization that’s fundamentally about enacting positive social change, not merely generating profits. The social change in question may pertain to environmental conservation, racial justice, or philanthropic activity in an underserved community.

Remote notary law became effective in Colorado on December 31, 2020 thanks to Colorado SB20-96. Many of us spent much of 2020 performing remote notarizations under the temporary authorization and rules suspending the in-person requirement for notarizations. Approved Colorado Remote Notaries can now confidently provide remote notarizations as a service to our clients going forward. Colorado remote notary law requires the use of real time audio-video communication so that the notary and signer(s) can simultaneously participate and witness the notarial act in real time. Documents executed via remote notary technology will be signed electronically by both the notary and remotely located individual in separate locations.

Notarizations often represent major life milestones. You may need a notary to finalize the paperwork for buying a home, adopting a child, getting married, or preparing your will.

It’s not enough to have a great marketing team, a great way to advertise, or a dedicated network of clients. The most successful real estate agents will play a vital role in connecting the entire real estate process; from the home search to the notarization at closing.
